FLOWELLA JOINS THE HUBSPOT APP MARKETPLACE
Reading, United Kingdom – Today, Flowella: WhatsApp Forms Integration (https://flowella.io) announced that it is now listed in the HubSpot App Marketplace. App Partners are independent software vendors who have built an integration with HubSpot and been accepted to the App Marketplace.
Flowella brings HubSpot forms natively into WhatsApp by converting existing HubSpot forms into guided WhatsApp Flows, then automatically submitting each completed flow back to HubSpot as a form submission or contact update. The integration also adds a custom WhatsApp channel in the HubSpot Conversations Inbox so customer agents can route, assign, and reply to WhatsApp threads from inside HubSpot, provides custom HubSpot workflow actions for sending approved WhatsApp template messages, and logs key WhatsApp App Events: including replies, flow completions, and read receipts—on the HubSpot contact timeline to power reporting and automation.
HubSpot’s App Partner Program is an ecosystem of valuable third-party integrations. App Partners comply with a set of requirements.
WhatsApp is where your customers already are: "Flowella helps HubSpot teams capture structured form data there, without rebuilding forms or writing code,” said Adam Judd, Managing Director at Flowella. “It’s a faster, friendlier experience for prospects, and cleaner data for your CRM"
