Who are we?

'Discover Digital' is the trading name of Discover Digital Solutions Limited. We are a company registered in England & Wales (company number 03084977).

VAT registration details

We are registered for VAT in the UK – GB614856527.

Unless otherwise agreed, all design, development, marketing projects, and website hosting contracts are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.

Project Assignments

  • All design, development and marketing projects are subject to an agreed contract signed by both parties.
  • Payments are dictated by project milestones as agreed in the statement of work.
  • Invoices submitted for completed projects or milestone payments are payable within 30 days.
  • The title to the goods supplied under the contract terms does not pass to the Customer until Discover Digital has received payment in full.
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Web Site Hosting

  • Web hosting charges (where applicable) must be paid before the commencement of the hosting service.
  • Hosting contracts are priced annually, and renewal payments are due in advance of the renewal date.
  • Any hosting excess charges (for example, storage space or data transfers over contracted limits) are assessed at the end of each month and invoiced with an invoice payable within 30 days.
  • Discover Digital prohibits the use of illegal material on any Website, including copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, material in violation of international or local regulations, and adult material with lewd or obscene content.
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Discover Digital Solutions Limited reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all of Discover Digital's services when Discover Digital decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise employed.
