HubSpot CMS websites

A website your team can run.

Built on HubSpot Content Hub, to WCAG 2.2 AA. Every section is a module your team edits without a developer, and every form lands on the same record as your email, WhatsApp and sales.

What you get

Built to be edited, not just launched.

A custom theme for your brand, made of parts your team can reuse on any page.

  • Editable modules

Every section is a module with plain fields. The header and footer are managed once for the whole site.

  • Accessible by design

Components checked against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated tests, keyboard use and reduced motion before sign-off.

    Accessibility
  • One record with your CRM

HubSpot forms, smart content and workflows work from the same contacts as your email and sales.

  • Structured content

Resources and events held in HubDB tables, so replacing a document updates it everywhere it appears.

  • Private pages and sign-in

Gated content for members, employers or governance users, with Microsoft Entra sign-in where you need it.

    CRM integration on Azure
  • Content moved across

Pages migrated with AI assistance, then checked by people, with redirects so old links keep working.

Questions about HubSpot CMS websites

Can our team edit the site without a developer?

Yes. Pages are built from modules with plain fields, so your team changes text, images and the order of sections in HubSpot's page editor. We train your editors before launch.

Which HubSpot subscription do we need?

A Content Hub subscription. Which tier depends on what the site needs: private pages with single sign-on, for example, need more than a simple marketing site. We advise on this before you buy.

Can you move our existing website to HubSpot?

Yes. We move the content across, check it against the old site and set up redirects so links and search rankings carry over. For GMPF we moved around 150 pages.

Will the site meet WCAG 2.2 AA?

That is the standard we build to. We check every component with automated tests, keyboard use and reduced motion, and we can work alongside an independent assessor, as we did with the Shaw Trust for GMPF. See accessibility.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of templates, integrations and pages to move. Project work is £992 a day, plus VAT, and we agree a fixed quote with you before the build starts. See pricing.
