Moving from Dynamics 365

Years of data, moved with care.

Countryside Alliance's supporter data sat in Microsoft Dynamics 365. In the first half of 2024 we moved it into HubSpot, while membership and campaign work carried on.

Before

  • A queue-based migration service, so every run could be repeated and checked
  • Tested in a sandbox, then on a small live sample
  • Donation and transaction history carried across
