Pensions and finance

Your members are looking for an answer at 07:10.

A pension website is a service, not a brochure. Members come for an answer, then get on with their day. We build clear, accessible websites on HubSpot, with secure sign-in for the people who need it.

Greater Manchester Pension Fund

Hard to use. Hard to change.

What our 2025 audit found, and what we built in its place on HubSpot, ready for launch by the end of November 2026.

  • Employer admins can manage their own users
  • A happy, neutral or sad rating on every page

How it fits together

How we work

Evidence first, then build.

  1. Audit

UX, SEO, accessibility and analytics, so every decision rests on how people use the site today.

  2. Choose

A side-by-side comparison of platforms, scored on ease of use, CRM integration and cost of ownership, with your content team trying them hands-on.

  3. Design

Persona workshops, wireframes for every audience and a library of components, each mapped to a HubSpot module.

  4. Build and test

Every component checked against WCAG 2.2 AA at five screen widths, with keyboard and reduced-motion support, and no launch until your team has reviewed the content.

Questions from pensions and finance teams.

Does a new website replace our member pension portal?

Not necessarily. For Greater Manchester Pension Fund, members keep using My Pension, GMPF's separate member service, while employers and governance users will sign in on the new HubSpot website when it goes live.

Will our employer users have to reset their passwords?

No. With just-in-time migration, the first time someone signs in a secure service checks their old password and moves it to Microsoft Entra External ID, so nobody is forced through a mass reset.

Can our own team edit the site?

Yes. Pages are built from modules your team edits in HubSpot, the header and footer are managed once for the whole site, and documents and events sit in tables, so replacing a file updates it everywhere it appears.

How do you make sure the site is accessible?

Every component is checked against WCAG 2.2 AA at five screen widths, with keyboard and reduced-motion support. For Greater Manchester Pension Fund, the Shaw Trust was involved from the design stage and assessed the new site before launch. See accessibility.

Are you Cyber Essentials certified?

Yes. Discover Digital Solutions Limited is Cyber Essentials certified for the whole organisation, most recently on 11 August 2026, and is registered with the ICO (Z7579468).

Can we buy through G-Cloud?

Yes. Our HubSpot services are listed on G-Cloud 15. See G-Cloud.

Next step

Keep your website, fix it or move it?

If your platform is near the end of its support, slow, hard to edit or hard to use, our website health check looks under the bonnet and gives you the cost of each option before you commit to anything.
